Every year the salon I work at participates in raising money for earth month. It makes me incredibly grateful to work for a company that not only cares about us but also the environment and creating and better and safer world to live in. After the BP oil spill a few years back there was a lot of worry as to what would happen to our Florida beaches, and even today there is still a lot of clean up that is happening along the coast of Florida. All of our donations and proceeds we've collected go to the Gulf Restoration Fund to help keep the waters clean.
This week we were hosting a charity dinner at a local mexican restaurant called Casa Tina's. This was the first year we were hosting an event at a restaurant and it was so amazing to see such a good turn out of family and guest coming out to support.
I kept the outfit casual and layered this off-the-shoulder Asos dress with a denim button up top.
A huge trend this spring/summer is the 'cold shoulder' tops and dress'. To me, it's a simple but sexy casual look and can be dressed up or down, and fit's for all body types. So ladies..show off those clavicles!
