Welp, we survived the first tropical storm of the season..which basically means days of rainstorms and a lot of wind. That isn't exactly unusual for Florida. Seeing how this week has been nothing but rain, it was necessary to bring out the Hunter rain boots. I love these classic boots, they are a little bit of an investment, but defiantly worth the money. I've already had these boot's for about 3 years now and they still look brand new.

I tend to gravitate towards bright colorful pieces, which I love...but I've been trying to find more monochrome and classic pieces. Not only is it a trend right now, but it also makes it very easy to mix and match. I found this dress at Zara, and right away I could think of a few different ways to style it.
